Who’s eligible? Students currently enrolled in a state-approved nursing program leasing to an associate degree, baccalaureate, diploma, pre-licensure doctorate, or generic pre-licensure master’s degree program; or enrolled in an RN-to-BSN completion, RN-to-MSN completion, or LPN/LVN-to-RN program.

Who’s eligible? Open to first-time students who have completed at least one semester in a U.S. nursing school. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required, and the applicant must be a U.S. resident at least 18 years of age.

Gladys Carol Scholarship

Who’s eligible? Students must be enrolled in an accredited baccalaureate or graduate nursing or nurse anesthesia program. Applicant must have served in any branch of the U.S. Army in any capacity and have received an honorable discharge where applicable. Applicants cannot be currently receiving funding by a component of the U.S. Army.

James M. & Erma T. Freemont Scholarship Program

Who’s eligible? Available to graduating high school seniors, undergraduate, or graduate students. Applicants must be United States citizens with a record of leadership and volunteerism in their community in activities that are not sponsored by their school and must have a record of participation in extracurricular school activities. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required to apply.
Description: The James M. & Erma T. Freemont Scholarship Program recognizes the legacy of Dr. James McKinley Freemont, Sr. The scholarship program has named over thirty-seven Freemont Scholars and supports students in their academic endeavors.
Jesse L. Jackson-Fellows Toyota Scholarship
